I was under the impression some things like shops, atleast the big ones enjoy permanency and withstand competition unlike the smaller outfits but realized I was wrong. The older generation perpetually complain about the gen next for their lack of accountability and responsibility but I feel it’s like the pot calling the kettle black or throwing stones at glass houses. I noticed in a span of a few weeks three ‘owners/proprietors’ shifted base leaving their customers/clients in the lurch as they have not been informed about their new location. Well, we can always look for alternatives but it is not easy in all cases especially if your family doctor or dentist who is middle aged chooses to relocate himself leaving his patients guessing as to his whereabouts! I wonder why they don’t believe in communicating atleast with their clients who have been loyal to them over the years. Whoever said Trust begets trust, should change the expression.
